Jason M. Massaro, Attorney
Jason M. Massaro is the principal and founder of The Massaro Legal Group, LLC, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The firm provides high-quality and highly personalized legal counsel in a wide array of business litigation and real estate matters. We represent small and midsized businesses as well as individuals from a wide range of industries across the greater Indianapolis area. We also serve as local legal counsel for national and international companies.
Jason has practiced law since 1996. His extensive litigation experience includes the defense and prosecution of complex, multimillion-dollar business disputes. He is an accomplished negotiator who always strives to resolve disputes without the need to go to trial; however, when that is not possible, Jason has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts. He has also taken a number of appeals to both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.
Jason has been recognized by clients and peers for his ability and admirable ethical standards. The firm has an AV Preeminent* rating — the highest available — from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
Before founding The Massaro Legal Group, Jason was a partner for 10 years at a law firm in Lake County, Indiana. He relocated to Indianapolis and joined a downtown firm before launching The Massaro Legal Group. His motivation: to provide clients the same high-quality “big-firm” representation that he has always delivered with an additional emphasis on personal attention.
Our clients are guaranteed to work with Jason from the initial consultation through the resolution of their case. No client’s case will ever be handed off to another attorney, especially one with less training. Every client receives Jason’s full attention and extensive litigation experience.
Jason has many interests outside of the office in addition to his family. Jason is an accomplished martial artist who holds black belts in two different arts. He is also a skilled woodworker and enjoys construction and remodeling. In addition, Jason is an avid tactical firearms shooter, and also enjoys trap, skeet, and sporting clay. He loves cooking, traveling the United States and the Caribbean, and has a passion for military history.
